After more than a year of our doors being closed to you, we are excited to announce that you are now able to accompany your feline family member into the clinic for their examination if certain conditions are observed!

It is important to us that we keep ourselves and our clients as safe as possible, especially since information regarding COVID continues to evolve. Therefore, we ask the following:

  • Clients must wear their masks at all times within the clinic – this includes even when alone in an exam room.
  • Limit the number of clients in the lobby to two parties of two clients each. If there are more than four clients in the lobby, we request that you wait on the front porch.
  • We prefer that children under the age of 12 remain at home if at all possible.

When you call us for an appointment, we will ask for your email address. Shortly before your visit, we will email you the paperwork for the appointment which you can complete at home.

On the day of the appointment,  when you arrive at Corvallis Cat Care, call us from your car. Depending on the number of clients currently in the lobby, we will offer further instructions. Note that we will continue to keep our front door locked so that we can limit the number of people in our lobby at any one time.

When we greet you on the porch, we will hand you one additional, COVID-19 related document for you to complete in accordance with new instructions we have received from our state governing board. Once this form is filled out, we will collect all of your paperwork, then you and your companion will be escorted by one of our staff members directly into the exam room. You will stay with your patient and the doctor in the room for the duration of the exam.

When in the lobby, please observe a six foot separation between you and our receptionists. We have placed tape on the floor to indicate this distance.

Of course, for whatever reason, you would prefer to not come into the clinic, we continue to offer full, curbside service as we have been doing over the last year. Just request this in advance of your appointment.

As always, we are so grateful to have your support over the last year as our community weathered this crisis and, together, we can be partners in the best care possible for your feline family members.
