WELCOME!
We are excited to announce that you are able to accompany your feline family member into the clinic for their examination.
It is important to us that we keep ourselves and our clients as safe as possible, especially since information regarding COVID continues to evolve. Therefore, we ask the following:
- Masks are optional.
- If you are experiencing any respiratory symptoms, we ask you to wear a mask. If you do not have one, we can provide one for you. You must wear your mask at all times within the clinic – this includes even when alone in an exam room.
- Clients who know they are Covid positive we ask you to be masked when you bring your cat to the front door. We can meet you at the front porch and bring your cat inside for treatment, while communicating with you over the phone.
- We prefer that children under the age of 12 remain at home if at all possible.
If you wish our medical staff to wear a mask during your appointment, please let us know. Of course, for whatever reason, you would prefer to not come into the clinic, we continue to offer full, porch side service as we have been doing since COVID began. Just request this when you schedule your appointment or call us from your vehicle when you arrive.
As always, we are so grateful to have your support as our community weathers this crisis, and, together, we can be partners in the best care possible for your feline family members.
